[Settfa] Overleaf

Hi Karen,

I second Wiesiek's opinon. I've been using Overleaf since 2012 but now I am
more into using VS Code + git version control. However, some people don't
want to work in this setting; so I think it is a good idea. I remember that
a couple of years ago the (previous) director brought up this topic but
there was no interest as far as I remember.
