        Abstract <br />

        <p>A&nbsp;new&nbsp;class&nbsp;of&nbsp;bounded&nbsp;linear&nbsp;operators&nbsp;between&nbsp;Banach&nbsp;spaces, called&nbsp;range&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;exposing&nbsp;(RSE)&nbsp;operators,&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;introduced.&nbsp;This</p><p>forms&nbsp;a&nbsp;natural&nbsp;intermediate&nbsp;class:&nbsp;weaker&nbsp;than&nbsp;Bourgain’s&nbsp;absolutely strongly&nbsp;exposing&nbsp;operators,&nbsp;yet&nbsp;stronger&nbsp;than&nbsp;both&nbsp;uniquely&nbsp;quasi</p><p>norm-attaining&nbsp;and&nbsp;classical&nbsp;norm-attaining&nbsp;operators.&nbsp;We&nbsp;present several&nbsp;foundational&nbsp;results&nbsp;concerning&nbsp;norm-attaining&nbsp;operators&nbsp;that</p><p>can&nbsp;be&nbsp;extended&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;RSE&nbsp;setting—often&nbsp;not&nbsp;merely&nbsp;as generalizations,&nbsp;but&nbsp;with&nbsp;sharper&nbsp;and&nbsp;improved&nbsp;formulations.&nbsp;The&nbsp;talk&nbsp;is</p><p>based&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;joint&nbsp;work&nbsp;with&nbsp;G.&nbsp;Choi,&nbsp;A.&nbsp;Fovelle,&nbsp;M.&nbsp;Martin,&nbsp;and&nbsp;H.&nbsp;Del Rio&nbsp;(cf.&nbsp;arXiv:2503.18581).</p>
