 Title: P-IDEAL DICHOTOMY AND BI-ORTHOGOLAL SYSTEMS

 Abstract  

 The P-ideal dichotomy is a simplecombinatorial principlethat is easy to understandand use. It could be used to transfer diverse problems in mathematics to problems about cardinal invariants of the continuum. We shall explain this phenomenon in the case of the problem of existence of large bi-othogonal systems in Banach spaces.
