Title: Wigner - Weyl calculus and the theory of topological response

Abstract <br />
<p>I review the theory of topological response in modern materials (including the three - dimensional topological semimetals and the two - dimensional</p><p> systems with quantum Hall effect) as well as in the elementary particle physics.
